I woke up crying and feeling like I was going to puke this morning. Wonder what that was about.
After church we're going to a benefit barbeque for Heartland Christian School. Hope I feel better. Really just want to stay home and sleep.

I wouldn't doubt that Jess is right. All of this is exhausting, and you are worrying about 3, not just one, or not just yourself. You need to take care of yourself too. Easier said than done. I'd suspect you have some adrenal fatigue from all you've been doing. It's high stress on you too!
It's strange you mentioned Jess and Justin having headaches. I had one all day yesterday and today too! I haven't had many since surgery, and not a bad one like that for a long time. What's in the air?
